1. General provisions
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between CV-Editor s.r.o. and the user. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of service
CV-Editor is an online platform for creating CVs and cover letters. The scope of free and paid access is defined in the pricing at cv-editor.com/pricing.
3. Registration and account
Full use requires registration. The user must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and not share access with third parties.
4. Payments and subscription
Paid features are available via monthly or annual subscription through Global Payments. Subscriptions renew automatically. Refunds are available within 14 days of the first purchase.
5. Intellectual property rights
CV content remains the property of the user. The provider receives a non-exclusive licence to store and display content. Templates and software are the exclusive property of the Provider.
6. Prohibited conduct
Users must not distribute spam, misuse AI to generate fraudulent content, reverse-engineer the platform or share login credentials.
7. Liability
The provider is not liable for the content of CVs. Total liability shall not exceed payments made in the last 3 months. The provider does not guarantee 100% availability.
8. Termination
Users may cancel their account at any time. Data is deleted within 30 days. The provider reserves the right to suspend access in the event of a breach of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz).
